ABP Japanese Filters の更新でエラーになっていた件

５／１７（土）・１８（日）の週末頃から発生していた、購読の更新が 403 Forbidden で失敗する不具合

原因を探していたらこんな情報が…

どうやら Google Code を悪用したユーザーがいたようで、運悪くその悪用を捕捉するプログラムに引っかかってしまった模様
具体的には raw file アクセス量が多いといきなり 403 Forbidden になってアクセスできなくなり、しばらくすると元に戻るようだ
管理者に全く知らせなかったり、悪意のないコンテンツも巻き添えになってたり、403 になる／復旧する閾値が不明だったりと Google らしからぬ荒っぽいやり方に驚きます
ちなみにリポジトリへの push pull 等は普通に行える

別の購読フィルタ Adversity の作者 Hubird も同様のトラブルに見舞われていました
